As a guest at our Oasis condo, you will enjoy access to your private condo, one complimentary parking space, and additional street parking. The washer and dryer, situated in the garage, are communal with the front unit. You will also have access to the rear and side patios, which are common areas with the front unit. Your condo is a fully private and independent unit, complete with its own entrance. Please be aware that though we advise all our guests to observe quite hours, at times you will hear noise from the other unit.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Strict No-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free and vape-free inside. A $100 fine applies for violations. No Parties / No Unregistered Guests. Parking: Free designated driveway parking for 1 vehicle (far left side only), plus ample street parking. Starter Supplies Provided: Basic bath/kitchen toiletries are provided as starter supplies to get your stay started. Guests replenish items as needed during extended stays. Laundry Supplies: Please bring your own laundry detergent and supplies for using the washer/dryer.
