This condo is situated in a desirable neighborhood of Long Beach, just under 10 minutes from both the beach and the Long Beach Convention Center. It's also conveniently located only 5 minutes from California State University, Long Beach. This condo is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational activities. It is a quiet building surrounded by lush landscaping and vibrant wild parrots. Additionally, you'll have access to a garage for a small car and 2nd parking for a small car.

You will have access to a private one-care garage that will fit a small car. It will not fit large SUVs, Trucks, or sedans. You will also have one parking space directly in front of the garage. This space will fit a small to mid-sized vehicle. Please do not block the other garages. The garage is number 4 and is the last garage at the end of the driveway. You will have access to the unit's laundry room. The laundry room is located downstairs, under the stairs. This room remains locked. A key will be provided and will be left in the kitchen drawer. The laundry room is a shared space.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room includes a dresser, a large closet, and two nightstands equipped with standard and USB charging ports for convenient bedside charging. Additionally, it has a smart TV. The second bedroom contains a full bed, along with charging ports located on the left side of the bed frame for electronic devices. This room also comes with a smart TV and a TV stand that holds board games and puzzles. The lamp in this room has a built-in USB charging port as well. The living room features a queen sofa bed, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. A lift-up coffee table can also be used as a dedicated workspace, dining table, or laptop table. It can also be extended to accommodate four people, making it perfect for game nights or extra dining. In the hallway, you will find towels and extra sheets, and blankets. The dining area features a large table with five chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric hot water kettle, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Overall, this space is thoughtfully designed and set up for a very comfortable stay.

This unit has two bathrooms. There is a laundry room downstairs, under the stairs, and laundry is free. The laundry room is a shared space with other tenants in the building. Laundry supplies are not provided. The laundry room is locked. A key to the laundry room is provided. Please keep the laundry room locked when not in use.
