Welcome to our home on the fairway. Located in the lush Spring Valley Lake community, this spacious home is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. At this 2-unit property, you will have exclusive access to the large front house. Both units are independent of each other and share the large back patio and the garage for laundry. Please, no parking in the garage, and keep your door to the garage locked.

The property is comprised of 2 units. Your unit is unit "A". Units "A" and "B" share access to the washer and dryer located in the garage. Both units also share a back patio and a side patio. Both of these units are completely private and self-contained with completely separate entrances. When parking both units share the drive way. Rest assured the driveway is large and has ample room to accommodate both units. The units do share a common wall and from time to time there may be some cross-over noise heard in the den. Over all this is a quiet property located In a quiet beautiful neighborhood.
Good to know
This home offers 3 bedrooms two of which are master suites one with a shower/tub combo and the other with a walk-in shower. Located on the second floor these bedrooms both access the large private deck. The deck is complete with furnishings for outdoor dining and relaxing. When not relaxing on the deck you will have 2 living areas downstairs. A den with comfy reclining chairs and sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV with many streaming capabilities. The second living area is a more formal living area perfect for visiting with friends and family or snuggling up with a good book. Other features of this home include a dining table that seats six, a fully equipped kitchen, a large shared patio with BBQ, seating and dining areas, and a breathtaking golf course view. Other amenities include smart TVs in all bedrooms, linens, towels, and basic toiletries, a private dedicated workspace in one of the master suites, a washer and dryer located in the garage, and free parking for one vehicle in the driveway as well as free street parking.
Other Details to Note
Because the two units share a wall, there may be some residual noise from the other unit. This is not excessive, and all guests are required to observe quiet hours. We do provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, sponge, and other basics. These are starter supplies only. Once they are gone, you will be responsible for providing them.
