The property is comprised of 2 units. Your unit is unit "A". Units "A" and "B" share access to the washer and dryer located in the garage. Both units also share a back patio and a side patio. Both of these units are completely private and self-contained with completely separate entrances. When parking both units share the drive way. Rest assured the driveway is large and has ample room to accommodate both units. The units do share a common wall and from time to time there may be some cross-over noise heard in the den. Over all this is a quiet property located In a quiet beautiful neighborhood.

No Parties / No Unregistered Guests. Shared Wall Notice: The units share a wall. Sound is minimal, but please be mindful of neighboring guests and respect quiet hours. Starter Supplies Provided: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, and bath essentials are provided as starter items only. Guests replenish supplies as needed. Garage Security: Keep your unit’s internal connecting door locked at all times.
